Someone shipped a package to me on 12/12, and it went TWO STATES in the other direction, tben SAT IN THE SAME FACILITY FOR 8 DAYS before going on the move again. I still haven't received it.<br /><br />They are quick to blame everything from holiday rush, covid-19, and understaffing to excuse their poor performance. But I orded 2 items online on 12/16, one from Amazon and one elsewhere. The Amazon item arrived in 4 days. The USPS-shipped item took 12 days, including an 8-day holdover in Brooklyn. <br /><br />Covid-19? Bah! That didn't stop Amazon and their little gray delivery vans. Usually things go through Hazelwood (Missouri) for me and they do so rather quickly, but lately Indianapolis has been added to the stops and it's really slowing things down. I have heard the USPS has been having issues and I hope things get better for them soon. <br />I don't know what 2021 will bring, but I'm pretty sure it will be less cards of Robel Garcia.
