Things got really boring in 2000. The name was reduced to just "E-X". The clear plastic is gone and it was back to cardboard, though it was a shiny foil type card. The set size dropped too, down to just 90 cards. And of those 90, there are 30 short print prospect cards, numbered to 3,499.
Three of the 90 cards are Cubs cards, including one prospect. That one prospect set me back a buck and a half, which is way more that you should have to spend on a Cole Liniak card.
