Topps 1969 - 2009 Complete Set Prices

It's time for the monthly update. Here is what I got off of Ebay on February 3rd. I take the first five completed sales listed and average their prices. The chart has the prices from the past three months and then an average of all eight months since I started tracking set prices.

A couple of high end 1969 sets were sold, really bumping up that set's monthly average. And not a single set from 2005 was sold, which seems kind of weird. If anyone was holding off on a complete set from last year, its price is dropping. Now that 2010 is out, the demand for 2009 must be down.
