When I showed the 2006 Bowman Heritage Cubs, I mentioned that Topps wasn't completely faithful to the 1949 design because the Heritage cards were 2½" x 3½" instead of the actual Bowman size of 2 1/16" x 2½".
Night Owl corrected me, commenting that Topps had an insert set that was the correct Bowman size. Topps called them "Mini". Seems to me that Topps has this backwards. The mini cards should be the base and the base cards should be called "Giant." But since I don't run Topps, no one asked me!
