I've got 19,145 Cubs cards from 284 different brands listed on a spreadsheet. A random number generator picked five cards, one each from the past several decades.
1900s - 1970s: 1962 Topps #461 Ken Hubbs Its not a very flattering looking card, but Hubbs did go on to win the NL Rookie of the Year in 1962.1980s: 1984 Topps Nestle #231 Gary Woods They aren't the same picture, but both shots on the card look very similar.
1990s: 1994 Team Stadium Club #249 Mark Parent This has to be one of the very few in my Cubs collection that show an Orioles uniform. He was signed by the Cubs after being released by Baltimore in December, 1993

2000s: 2003 Topps Traded #39 Paul Bako The life of a back-up catcher is this: The Cubs were Bako's sixth team in six years. He would spend two seasons with the Cubs and then played for five more teams over the next five years.
Flying Barney for the win!
