Yes, this was an impulse buy. I don't collect Topps Now, but I got wrapped up in the El Mago mania of a few weeks ago and bought the card.
The write-up didn't do the best job describing the play. You'd need more space than allowed on the back of a card to do an adequate job. In fact, you'd need to put a few more pictures on the front of the card too.
Wish Topps would have used the angle from behind the catcher when Baez signaled “safe.”
ReplyDeleteThe angle looks more like a Contreras card than a Javy card...but still if you're gonna get a Topps Now card, that's the type of card you should get.
