Justin Steele Follows the Rules

 Now this is one that I'm happy to get!

Cubs pitcher Justin Steele has this certified autograph in Topps Series One.  I picked it up a month ago.  I was pretty confident that Steele would make an appearance with the Cubs this year.  He has, starting twice this season and going six innings each time.  Only one run was scored against him over the twelve innings. I'll be very happy if he can keep that up for the rest of the season.

Once he took the mound for the 2023 Cubs he became an autograph collection rule-follower for me.  I now have 152 certified autographs of Cubs players with a card showing them as a Cub in a season that they played for the Cubs.  He is also the 10th rule-following player on the current roster.
