In addition to E-X, Skybox released another baseball set that they called "Limited Edition." And since they were into initials, the brand is more commonly known as LE.
This was the set for the common man. It has a checklist of 160 cards, 110 current players and 50 prospects. And of course, the prospects were numbered, most to 299 with a few at just /99.
The cards are printed on you basic cardboard and have nothing too fancy on them. Again, more of a set for the common man, although at $3 for a pack of three, that is still a bit on the pricey side. The base cards today are 20¢ cards but I had to pay three bucks for the one numbered Cub.
This is the lone numbered Cub, good old E-6 Cedeno.
