Me an Mrs. WW are in southern Alabama again, enjoying warm weather along the Gulf coast. Yesterday we did a bike ride along the east side of Mobile Bay and we ended up in Fairhope, Alabama.
The town had a history museum and it was free so we went in and took a look around.
Who knew?
A Cub went to Fairhope High school. Eric Yelding spent 1993, his final big league season, in Chicago. He hit just .204, which helps explain why this was his career ended.
