We still have the same six brands, but the number of players is shrinking. We have just 29 different Cubs among the six sets, while just nine players were included in all six.

Just two sets were able to add the unretired Ryne Sandberg, even though he made the announcement on October 31, 1995.
The only set I collected in 1996 was Donruss - but viewing from your scan that square box looks weird. That bottom banner on Upper Deck also looks weird. Not the best of times for baseball cards
