Per request by Jafronius, here is the SP verision of Michael Fulmer's card, showing him batting.
It happened on July 3. In the bottom of the fourth inning, Nick Madrigal got hurt and was replaced in the field by Christopher Morel, who was serving as the DH. Since the DH became a fielding player, the Cubs lost their DH for the rest of the game. Fulmer had just come into the game and the Cubs didn't want to lose him by using a pinch hitter, so he took the plate appearance.
He had a pretty decent at-bat, working the count and fouling off several pitchers before whiffing on a high fastball.
Woo! Glad to have contributed to the collection! And in true SP fashion, it's not included in the tile, haha. Also odd to get the Brewer hashtag on the card.
