Cub #40

Over the past weekend the Cubs had their 40th different player make an appearance.

Veteran reliever Jesse Chavez was acquired from the Rangers.  He's pitched a couple times now had had looked pretty good.

Last season the Cubs had 47 players suit up.  With 40 and it being late July, they could surpass that number in 2018.
