That is too bad, I realize that I am really getting older when the active players I collected as a youth pass away. His 1971, 1972 and 1974 traded card are my favorite of mine.
I saw it this morning too. I'm going to miss the previous night's game highlights on XM and hearing Santo oooh and ahh over the Cubs' play. He'll be missed for sure.
a sad day in Chicago Sports history for sure ! Santo always had that Cubs passion and emotion on and off the field that will always be admired. He will be missed !
