Cardwell's 1962 card is #495. He is the only Cub to have a Topps card with that number.
Kris Bryant doesn't care about card numbers.
His 495 is feet....feet his home run yesterday traveled. He is the only major league player to hit a ball that far this year.

Sure is nice having a young Cubs third baseman live up to expectations after all the Kevin Ories of the world let us down. I saw the home run live on TV. I'm getting more used to the big board but I still would have loved to have seen the ball fly out of the park onto Waveland Ave.
