I've got 20,133 Cubs cards from 301 different brands listed on a spreadsheet. A random number generator picked five cards, one each from the past several decades.
1900s - 1970s: 1971 Topps Coins #7 Fergie Jenkins I loved getting the coins in packs back in 1971. IT was a major disappointment to me that Heritage didn't make the coins when they did the '71 set in 2020.
1980s: 1984 Topps #23 Keith Moreland Moreland was a major contributor to the 1984 NL East champs. His season really took off when he became the fulltime right fielder after Mel Hall was traded.
1990s: 1994 Topps #657 Karl Rhodes He was Karl to Topps but Tuffy to everyone at Wrigley Field.2000s: 2005 Topps Total #169 Henry Blanco Total was made for players like Hank White. Backup catchers didn't get into many other sets.
