The 2023 Bowman prospect set has 150 cards and five belong to the Cubs. Four of the five Cubs cards are designated as the player's first Bowman card. That seems high as usually Bowman trickles in the new players.
And the others? It will be a while, if ever, before we see any of these other four.

Just went to Ebay to see the price of a Matt Mervis auto...Wow, didn't expect to have to pay that much! Think I'll wait for the hype to die down.
ReplyDeleteSurprised there's no Pete Crow-Armstrong. Obviously he's already had a bunch of cards, but I'd think he's a touted enough prospect that they'd still want him in the set.
