Today you'll get to take a look at the two different Fleer World Series sets side by side.
The side by side makes a couple things apparent:
***the colors really pop on these. That's one of the best features of the cards.
***for the most part, artist Robert Laughlin didn't repeat a theme. The 1970 cards and 1971 cards deal with a different aspect of each Series.
The 1970 cards are on the left, the 1971s are on the right.

When Fleer reprinted the '71s as stickers in '81 or '82, I tried to collect them all. Came up a little short. But they're my favorite stickers of all-time.
