2016 Series Two Cubs Inserts

The Cubs snagged a few spots in some of the series two inserts:

Bergers Best:  Four Cubs were included:

 
 
 

 I'm not sure why the '62 Brock was included, other than to torment Cubs fans.  His 1962 season was at best, respectable.  He hit .263 with 9 HRs, 35 RBIs, and 16 stolen bases.   Surely there were other, better seasons in his career.

Changing of the Guard: 

 

Kris Bryant was included.  The card listed a few of his rookie of the year highlights.

Record Setters:

Again, its Kris Bryant.The record he broke: Billy Williams' rookie season home run record (Billy - 25, Bryant - 26).

    I would think they included the '62 Brock because it's his rookie card.

    Do my eyes deceive me or is that, in Series 2, a reprint of a card that appeared in Series 1 of the same set? These reprints are getting out of hand!
