David Bote Follows The Rule

Rookie David Bote is up with the Cubs for the second time this season.  I don't think he's a highly regarded prospect, but he's been serviceable.

Rookie David Bote was also thought highly enough by Topps that they included an autographed card of him in the recently released Bowman set.
