Billy Williams...Now Nine Tools
I grab 'em as I see 'em and can afford 'em.
Billy Tools of the Trade #9 is another auto/relic card. This one is blue and /25.

A few of the variations that I'm missing are on ebay with overpriced BINs. I'll wait for them to come up in an auction before I buy any more.
