Three of my player collection guys are in this year's Gypsy Queen set. I took advantage of that to add to their collections. The base and mini cards go in the team set, so it would be a parallel that I'd be adding. I decided to go the cheap route and add the easiest parallel, the silver minis.
The silvers are /199, but supplies were fairly plentiful and fairly cheap. It didn't take much to get Ernie, Andre, and Ryno.
It feels a little empty to not have a fist full of Darwin Barney parallels to chase. Getting just one of these is a bit anti-climactic. But life moves on.
