This will be an easy one because Cracker Jack has just one set in the 1980s. It came out in 1982 and was released in conjunction with the Old-Timers Baseball Classic. The game was held in Washington D.C. and Cracker Jack was a naming sponsor of the game. It was the first game at RFK Stadium since the Senators left for Texas after the 1971 season.
The set consists of 16 cards, eight players each from each of the two leagues. The cards came on two uncut sheets, which were available through a write-in offer. There are plenty of the sheets available today on eBay for around ten bucks each.
Ernie Banks was the only Cub among the eight National Leaguers.
The cards were made by Topps because they feature design elements from the 1978 and 1979 cards.
I've had a saved search for this set on eBay for quite some time. Hoping to one day pick it up.
