I've got 12½ years worth of Cubs for our final look at the Topps Cubs cards through the decades. Topps was increasing the sets sizes again, so the number of Cubs went up to what we were used to in the '70s and '80s. All together, there are 297 Cubs shown.
No player runs through the entire sheet. The recently retired Kerry Wood came the closest, making it in 10 of the 13 years, missing the 2009-2011 sets.
You can see that the team picture cards returned in the 2000s, but alas, the floating heads of the '70s and early '80s did not. I've got the pictures split between 2000 - 2009 and 2010-2012. That will make it easier for me to add to this decade's picture as new cards come out.
The 2002's really stick out like a sore thumb.
