Topps 1969 - 2009 Complete Set Prices

Its time for the monthly update. Here is what I got off of Ebay on November 5. I take the first five completed sales listed and average their prices. The chart has the prices from the past three months and then an average of all five months since I started tracking set prices.

  3. I bought a '71 set in the summer of 2008 and paid much less than the 5 month average. The thing with that set is the black borders make it tought to put a really nice set together, so I would think that what was sold in September must have been a really nice set.

    And it's kind of fun to do this each month. Kinda like checking the stock market to see how your investments are doing...and baseball cards are holding up better than alot of stocks!
