Cubs in set: O-Pee-Chee - 17, Topps - 35
Pretty much the same story as it has been for the past several years, as the OPC set is again half the size of Topps and the players come from the entire Topps set.
The took the Topps name off of the rookie trophy, but didn't replace it with OPC. It looks odd with that extra blank space
The front has the new OPC logo while the old logo was used on the back.
The Cubs set includes a few "Now with Cubs" and a few others that are "Now with" other teams.
The Palmerio card is the only Cub card that has the OPC logo printed in red. The others are black or white. I wonder how many other cards got the red ink? I clicked through the first 100 cards in the set and didn't find any with a red OPC logo.
