I've got 20,522 Cubs cards from 304 different brands listed on a spreadsheet. A random number generator picked five cards, one each from the past several decades.
1900s - 1970s: 1949 Bowman #152 Clarence Maddern We've got a colorization fail on this card (and with most of the other '49 Bowman Cubs). The C in the logo should be red, not blue.
1980s: 1982 Cramer Baseball Legends #83 Stan Hack Hack looks very happy here! 1990s: 1998 Upper Deck #52 Mark Grace Grace looks like he's really straining here. Did they get the out??2000s: 2004 Topps Chrome #339 La Troy Hawkins The 2004 season was Hawkins' first with the Cubs. He pitched in a career-high 77 games. As a closer, he converted 25 of 34 save opportunities. 2010s: 2018 Gallery #168 Yu Darvish The colorization process has improved greatly since the 1949 Bowman cards and they got the color of the C correct!
