Five Random Cubs Cards

 I've got 20,949 Cubs cards from 316 different brands listed on a spreadsheet. A random number generator picked five cards, one each from the past several decades.

1900s - 1970s: 1909 T206 Frank Chance (portrait, red)  Chance has three cards in the T206 set.  I have reprints of two of the three, including this one, and the real deal of the third.

1980s: 1984 Topps Stickers #44 Lee Smith It has been a good week for Lee.  On Wednesday he was included in this week's Living Set and now the RNG picks one of his cards.

1990s: 1992 Bowman #142 Danny Jackson  The Cubs traded Jackson to the Pirates in July, 1992.  How sad was that season that the Cubs were sellers and the Pirates were buyers.

2000s: 2007 Triple Threads #12 Ernie Banks This card comes from my player collection.  I don't do team sets of Triple Threads because a better name for the product is Triple Cost.

2010s: 2017 Heritage Minors League #211 Dylan Cease  It is not a good feeling to see this card.  Turns out that Theo really overpaid when he traded with the White Sox to get Jose Quintana.
