1990 O-Pee-Chee Cubs

Set Size: O-Pee-Chee - 792, Topps 792

Cubs in set: O-Pee-Chee - 33, Topps 32  The additional card is Dave Clark, shown with the Indians but has a "Now With the Cubs."

Other than slight differences in the tint of the colors, the fronts of the two sets are identical.  Oddly, for the first time ever, the Topps logo wasn't replaced by an O-Pee-Chee logo.  Was it a cost-cutting move to use the exact Topps printing layout?

One obvious different on the backs is the color.  The OPC cards use a lighter shade.  As with the front, the Topps logo on the back stayed on the OPC cards.  The two differences would be the bilingual write-up and the copyright information.  Notice that it is in a difference spot.
