Five Random Cubs Cards

  I've got 19,708 Cubs cards from 298 different brands listed on a spreadsheet. A random number generator picked five cards, one each from the past several decades.

1900s - 1970s: 1972 MLB Billy Williams What a great way to start!  This picture is from a 1972 MLB picture pack.  The date for the pack is 1972 and that is when the photo was snapped.

1980s: 1988 Fleer #419 Shawon Dunston The 1988 season saw Dunston log a career-high 155 games.  He also made the All-Star team for the first time.

1990s: 1992 Topps Gold #110 Ryne Sandberg  Both Ryno and the catcher are tracking the ball.  I wonder where it ended up?  I'm thinking that it didn't go very far as there isn't any big reaction from any of the fans in the background.

2000s: 2009 Topps #75 Rich Harden This has to be one of the oddest angles for a picture on a baseball card.  Where and how was this taken?

2010s: 2010 Factory Team Set #CHC1 Alfonso Soriano  The card captures two memories  I have of Soriano - high socks and a quick-wristed fling of the bat.
