I've got 20,679 Cubs cards from 304 different brands listed on a spreadsheet. A random number generator picked five cards, one each from the past several decades.
1900s - 1970s: 1977 Zipz Bobby Murcer Kudos to Zipz for a 1977 release that shows Murcer with the Cubs. He was traded from the Giants on February 11.
1980s: 1987 Team Issued #10 Leon Durham This set was given away at Wrigley Field on Wednesday, July 29. The Cubs were clobbered by the Expos 11-3 and Durham went 1-4. 1990s: 1996 Team Issued #27 Coaches Interesting assortment of coaches, with to Hall of Famers and five Hall of Whos.2000s: 2009 Upper Deck #576 Carlos Zambrano Upped Deck did right showing Zambrano at the plate. He won his third Silver Slugger in four years in 2009. 2010s: 2013 Cooperstown #66 Billy Williams Gold Panini made clever use of the design to hide the logo on Billy's hat.
