2020 Utz Cubs

Topps and Utz have partnered up again, with baseball cards available in Utz chips products.  Last year was their first collaboration and the cards in the set used the same design as the flagship Topps set.

This year the Utz cards have their own unique design. The cards also used pictures different from the flagship.  Finally, the design included borders on three of the four sides, something we haven't seen with Topps cards for the past couple of years.

The Cubs were very well-represented in the 100 card set, with six players included.  I got my cards from several Ebay sellers, since Utz products aren't sold in my neck of the woods.

 

 

 

 

 

I really like the design.  It reminds me of the 1967 Topps,

but much more stylish.  The only suggestion I have would be making the player's name and position larger.
