We've moved on to 1963 as I work my way though all of my Cubs sets of the 1960s.
The 1963 set is disappointing because it has just two Cubs player in the home uniform. There are also six hatless players. It is not one of my favorites.
Hey, I think I just picked up that rookie card at the card show Wednesday. Not that I know who Nelson Mathews is...I was more interested in the Knicks star!
Actually, it turns out mine is the error version--the top says "1962 Rookie Stars" instead of 1963. Not seeing much information as to the relative scarcity of each.

Is the Don Landrum card, really Ron Santo? I think I read this was a mistake made by Topps.
