I've got 20,766 Cubs cards from 305 different brands listed on a spreadsheet. A random number generator picked five cards, one each from the past several decades.
1980s: 1983 Archives Reprints #105 John Pramesa Topps put out a reprint set of the 1953 set 30 years after the original came out. While the cards look the same, Topps made the the modern standard size of 2½" x 3½" instead of larger original size.
1990s: 1993 Stadium Club Team Set #5 Willie Wilson Topps put out team sets for 16 teams in addition to the regular Stadium Club set. The team sets have a different design and picture and also have the word "team" in front of the team name. That makes it pretty easy to distinguish between the two.2000s: 2002 Upper Deck All-Time Classics #74 Ryne Sandberg This card is part of a 40 player Sweet Spot set. Classics was all retired players. I don't have the full Cubs set, this is in the player collection.
