I've got me 2020 Archives cards and I'll be posing about them over the next four days. Before I get started, I have to put out my annual Archives question: If we already have Heritage why do we need Archives?
The 1955 design is on of three in this year's Archives and it makes up the first 100 cards in the set. The Cubs got shorted a bit here, with just two players.
Below is the 2004 Heritage version of 1955
But nothing beats the original 1955 cards with the old school Cubbie bear logo. It would have been awesome if Archives used it.
