Here is my monthly look at Topps complete set prices for all the years in which I own a set, 1969 - 2023. The prices are from the five most recent Ebay sold auction listings taken on July 25 and do not include shipping. This month marks the first month to include the 2023 set. Hand-collated sets can be found on eBay, though the factory complete set has not yet been released
- The 2023 set got off to a real slow start, just $29.15 for a complete set. I'm sure that will go up once the factory sets are out.
- The general trend was a loss for most sets over the past month. The Change column has lots of red in it.
- The 1974 set took a big hit, nearly 50% off of last month. The collectors inspired by this year's Heritage to buy the 1974 set have dried up.
- The 2018 set had a big jump up. There were two sets that sold for over $200 each. Crazy!
- If you want to buy one of each set it will cost you $11,575.01 That is down $851 compared to June.

Still cant figure out 2014 - Maybe it was a supply issue. 2015 is almost a $100 drop.
ReplyDeleteMr WW make sure that you read yesterday's post response before you leave for the National asbfor the prices go I'm still shocked by the 1975 price drop
