Looking Ahead to Heritage 2014

Much of the buzz for Heritage 2013 has died down.

That means we can start the countdown to Heritage 2014, due to be released in a mere 11 months!

Here is the 1965 design...

...a bit flashier that the '64 cards.  I really like the pennant with the team name.

The only question about the design is with the Cubs logo.  That bear has been on other Topps cards ('52, '53, '54, '58, '59 and '60). But on the Heritage version, the bear was replaced with the modern...

So will the 2014 Heritage Cubs cards look like this...

....with the original logo, or like this...

....with the modern logo.  I'm hoping for the old-time logo.

By the way, did you notice how I dropped Barney into Wrigley Field from the mid-Sixties?  Hint, hint, Topps!
