In my MSA disc update last week I mentioned that I was watching an auction for a 1985 Jox Rick Sutlciffe. You all were kind enough to stay away and I won the auction with the opening bid. The seller shipped immediately and now I've got the disc.
The picture seems to be from a few year's earlier than 1985. He looks pretty young.
The back has a pretty big Jox logo. I remember when these came out. They seemed to be a pretty big deal at the time.
The set has a total of 46 discs. Sutcliffe is one of two Cubs that were included, the other being Ryne Sandberg. I think the Sandberg will be tougher to come by since there are many more Sandberg collectors out there compared to Sutcliffe.
