One Final Update on Barney Heritage No Position

I think the supply of the 2012 Heritage Darwin Barney No Position short print card has officially dried up.

I've been tracking the card since Heritage was released last March and it has now been over two months since the most recent one was available on Ebay.  That's the longest dry spell since the card came out.

I guess that will allow me to wrap things up.  A total of 28 copies of the card were sold on Ebay, though I think one, maybe two were scams.  The average price of the 28 was $101.14.

A couple interesting facts:

**Each of the 28 cards was listed by a different seller...nobody has more than one.

**None of the cards were resold by any of the buyers.  That tells me that the buyers were all collectors, not flippers.

**The last card sold went for the cheapest price, meaning this card has fallen off of most buyers radar, or else everyone that wants one has one.

Here's a listing of each of the 28 cards:

  1. I'm still hoping to catch a good deal on one. and by good deal I'm talking about somewhere in the 20s or less. Someday...

  2. I love the eBay saved searches! I have several cards saved that I thought "dried up" but they pop up every now and again. Such a great tool.

And I'm sure when they pop up again they'll be much cheaper since everyone will be focused on the newer releases. I've always sold the "hot" cards when I pull them and can buy them back at a much discounted amount plus use the proceeds to acquire cards I want.
